The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering welcomes a Fulbright post-doctoral Visiting Scholar for the academic year 2010-11. Dr. Aurangzeb Zulfiqar Khan will research and lecture on project stakeholder management in the Project Management Program for over a nine-month period commencing in September 2010.

Dr. Khan is an assistant professor in the Department of Management Sciences at the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology in Islamabad, Pakistan. A product of the German university system, he holds a PhD and Masters degree in Public Administration from the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer, and a diploma (masters) in Business Administration from the University of Trier.

Dr. Khan is winner of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan?s coveted national ?Best University Teacher? Award for the year 2007.
