Dr. Chang?s research project entitled ?Integration of variable speed control and travel time information for recurrently congested highways: model development and system demonstration,? is one of the projects that has been selected to be showcased in the USDOT Technology Transfer Demonstration/Exhibition event that is sponsored by the University of Maryland. The event will be held on April 6th in the west Atrium of the USDOT Headquarter Building.

The projects that are showcased in this event were selected through a rigorous double-blind review process and Dr. Chang?s project was one of the top ranked projects. In all, 57 projects were submitted for consideration and 27 were selected for presentation. The 27 projects that will be showcased in this event will be presented in a poster session. Six highly ranked projects will also be presented in a concurrent podium session. Dr. Chang?s project was one of the six projects that are selected for this purpose.
